Custom built. Shipped fast.
Built to last.

We automate the business processes that eat the week — calls answered, leads routed, follow-up that runs itself — and build the CRM, apps and internal tools underneath. We work with owner-run businesses wherever they are: the US, Europe, remote. Every tool runs on an account in your name — stop paying us and nothing switches off.

About

A studio that builds the system and then runs it.

Firm works with owner-run businesses — in the US, in Europe, and anywhere the work can be done remotely. We are not a marketplace of contractors and not a software vendor with a product to defend: the people who scope the work are the people who build it and answer the phone when it misbehaves.

We stay inside what we can actually watch. That is a constraint, not a boast: automation that nobody watches drifts, and drift is how most of these projects quietly die in month five.

Everything we build sits on accounts you own. It is the part of how we work that clients notice last and appreciate longest.

The gap

Most small businesses have tried AI. Almost none are running on it.

46%

use AI in some form

7%

have fully integrated it

The distance between those two numbers is a pile of half-finished automations, four tools that never learned to talk to each other, and an owner who quietly stopped trusting any of it.

Closing that distance is the entire job. It was never a model problem — the models are fine. It is plumbing, ownership, and follow-through.

What we build

Automation, software, ads — and the site they all run through.

Comes in

  • A call you missed
  • A call after hours
  • The form on your site
  • WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS

In your accounts

The agent

Answers in your words, asks what you would ask, books the slot — and hands the person to you the moment it should, instead of guessing.

Ends up

  • Your calendar
  • Your CRM
  • Your phone, when it matters

Automation

AI Front Desk

3–4 weeks

A voice agent that picks up around the clock, books straight into your calendar, and hands off to a person when it should. Trained on how your business actually answers the phone — we listen to your calls before we write a word of it.

Automation

Missed-Call Recovery

3–5 days

Every call you miss gets a text back within seconds, the lead lands in your CRM, and on Monday you finally learn how many calls you had been losing. The smallest thing we build, and usually the one that pays for everything else.

Automation

Chatbot on your own knowledge

2–3 weeks

Answers built from your documents, prices and policies — on the site, in WhatsApp, in Telegram. When it does not know, it says so and passes the person to you instead of inventing an answer, which is the failure mode that costs customers.

Advertising

Ads setup & analytics

1–2 weeks

Google and Meta campaigns wired all the way through to the CRM, so the number you look at is cost per booked job — not per click. Existing accounts welcome: most of this work is fixing what the tracking never reported.

Software

CRM, records & reporting

4–8 weeks

Built around the way you actually sell, not the way a vendor decided you should — or the CRM you already own, finally connected to everything else. The numbers your accountant asks for and the ones you run on, pulled from the systems that hold them.

Software

Apps & internal tools

4–10 weeks

Customer portals, booking flows, field apps for people who are not at a desk, and the scheduling board or quoting calculator nobody sells off the shelf because it only makes sense inside your business. Shipped as working software, not a prototype for the next vendor.

Web

Websites

1–3 weeks

The page the ads point at and the front desk books from. Fast, written in plain language, and built so the form on it lands in your CRM rather than in an inbox nobody reads on Saturday.

Most engagements start with one automation and grow into the software around it. That order is deliberate — it is cheaper to find out what you need by running something small than by specifying something large.

How it works

Most agencies keep your business inside their subscription. That is the part we refuse.

You buy the accounts

Twilio, the model provider, your CRM, the calendar — all opened in your company name, on your card. You see every invoice and know exactly what the software costs against what we cost.

We build and operate

You hand us a login. We build inside your accounts and run the thing day to day. The work lives in a repository with your name on it, not ours.

Your data stays yours

One business, one environment. Nothing pooled with another client, nothing trained on your calls. If something breaks, the blast radius is a single company.

You can end it on a Friday

We revoke our own access and hand over the repository. Nothing switches off, nothing needs migrating. Monday morning it is still running — just without us.

Retainers run six months minimum, and here is the honest reason: a system like this pays for itself around month three or four. A client who leaves in month two loses money, and so do we. Better said before you sign than discovered together.

How it goes

From the first call to a system you own.

Day 0

The call

Thirty minutes. We ask what breaks, how often, and what it costs you. No deck.

Day 1–5

The scope

A written plan: what gets built, on which accounts, for what price, by what date. Free, and yours to take elsewhere.

Week 1–8

The build

Built inside your accounts from the first day. You watch it happen instead of waiting for a reveal.

Launch day

Handover

Logins, the repository and a runbook in plain language. It keeps running whether or not we are online.

Month 1 onward

Operating

We run it, watch it and change it as the business changes. Six months minimum, and the reason is on this page.

Only the first step needs anything from you today, and it costs half an hour.

Reviews

Named and linkable, or not here at all.

We publish a review with the person's name, their company, and a link you can follow. An anonymous quote from a satisfied client is worth exactly what it costs to write.

This section fills up after the work does. Until then the only references we have are the two we can hand you on the call: what we have shipped, and what we have not.

Blog

Notes from inside the work, starting shortly.

What we intend to write about: what an AI front desk actually costs once you add the vendor bills, which automations pay back and which quietly do not, and the licence terms that make some popular tools illegal to resell — the kind of thing we had to find out ourselves.

No thought leadership, no predictions about the future of AI. Only things we have measured.

Start a project

A short note, and we call you back.

No newsletter, no automated sequence. One reply, from a person.

Two minutes to write, and no obligation on either side. We read every one of these ourselves. You get an answer within one business day — either a time to talk, or a straight note saying this is not something we should build for you.

What happens next

  • Twenty minutes on a call, no deck
  • Whether off-the-shelf software already solves it for less
  • What it would cost to build, and what the vendors cost separately
  • How long until it is running
  • If it is not worth building, we say so
